Reinforcement

7 exercises

Muscle strengthening is beneficial for reducing the risk of injuries as it improves the strength and reaction time characteristics of athletes. This means that stronger muscles can better handle the physical demands of sports activities, such as jumping or sprinting, and more effectively stabilize body movements. Additionally, increased strength allows for faster and more powerful muscle activation, helping to prevent injuries by making the body more capable of responding appropriately to sudden or unexpected movements.
