4 ASPECTS OF PREVENTION

The study by Wagemans et al. (2023) demonstrated that most current prevention programs are too basic. They primarily focus on sensorimotor aspects and only partially address strengthening.

The AnkleSafe program covers all four aspects of prevention: strengthening, range of motion, sensorimotor, and functional, to best prepare your ankle.

In order to offer a program that can be used by everyone, our exercises are divided into several levels .

MODULAR ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS

The AnkleSafe program includes 6 exercises that, according to our experts, are the most important for preventing ankle ligament injuries. However, to give you some variation, we offer you a library of 19 exercises, all validated by our experts.
